My name is Robert Valenta. I am a Professional Engineer specialising in fluid power with 25 years of experience in senior roles within manufacturing in the UK and Europe. Throughout my career I have focused on innovating and implementing new technologies to bring products to market. Additionally, I have dedicated significant time to training and developing staff in the manufacturing sector, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in a constantly evolving industry. My expertise lies not only in technical design and implementation, but also in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing amongst colleagues.

After years in product development, I now want to help others provide training and articulate their ideas. Leveraging my technical know-how and access to the latest Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) printers, my company can now create physical scale models of assemblies with movable components.
